On Saturday, September 29 2007, King Philip Pop Warner was proud to host the 3rd annual Special Olympics Pass, Punt, and Kick event at our field. The day was a tremendous success, for the athletes, their parents, and the volunteers and we continue to see more success with this event each year. The sheer joy in playing the game of football shown by the athletes is something that deeply touched everyone who helped with the event, making it a wonderfully rewarding day for the KPPW coaches, football players, and volunteers. The one thing heard over and over again each year at the end of the event is, "I can't wait until next year!"

Thank you so much to all the generous businesses in the area (Town Sports, Taylor Rental of Mendon, Stop and Shop, Shaws, Home Depot, BJ's Wholesale Club) whose donations help provide needed supplies for the athletes, contributing further to the success of the event.

Joy and Enthusiasm make this such a great event.
